    If you visit Santa Barbara you have to come here! The bakery is filled with delicious pastries that just melt in your mouth. The breakfasts were amazing and very generous portions. You will not leave hungry. There were 6 of us on vacation and I won for choosing the best place to eat. ???? We sent my husband back twice to get croissants (the best we've ever had) and pastries to bring to the house. Everything was freshly made and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

    Anderson's Restaurant and Bakery is a Santa Barbara treasure!

    The meals are sumptuous and the pastries are the best that California has to offer. If you like Danish pastries, or never had authentic Danish deserts, Anderson's Restaurant is the place to try a sampling of these delightful treats.

    Located in the cultural center part of Santa Barbara, close to the Library, Art Museum, Granada and Arlington Theatres, Anderson's Restaurant and Bakery is a short distance from entertainment and an interesting variety of shops providing many venues of excellent merchandise for the discerning client.

    Music, performed by high quality and talented musicians has been available on weekends.

    Anderson's is a very popular breakfast spot, and the breakfasts are creative and fulfilling. Wait staff is very congenial and professional.

    Anderson's is definitely part of the Santa Barbara Community experience.

    Our family usually goes here for special occasions...Birthdays, Mother's Day, etc. Service has always been super friendly and exceptional. Food is wonderful and the atmosphere is bright & airy whether sitting inside or on the street side patio watching the world go by. Highly recommended.

    The Andersen's encompasses family dining to the extreme.
    Quick and sweet service, amazing food, and an atmosphere that's light and colorful.
    The pastries are made fresh daily, and the special of the day is always a good choice.
    Staff is pleasant and always willing to help out.
    High tea is tons of fun too if you ever bring a friend, lots of food left over to bring home. Very festive!
