Yes, parking is tough and service is slow at all locations. They are crazy popular. Some things are worth the trouble.
Their menu is massive. The menu you see on the wall in the diner is only a sampling of the sandwiches they can make. You can see more online or ask the person taking your order to make a couple recommendations.
If you grab a small bag of fries on your way to the counter and order a fountain drink, you can get the "meal deal". Alternatively, they have bottled soda. They always toss a sour apple lollipop into the bag with the sandwich.
