Coffee, food, snacks all taste great. I go here regularly with my kids, and also for work related meetings. It's well maintained and very central in Cupertino.
The biggest flaw in this coffee shop is the counter service -- there are usually a number of registers open, but the cashier who takes your order then moves to a different counter to make your coffee. This can cause delays while multiple cashiers are waiting to make coffee.
Hot soup combo was right sized for lunch... Delicious and warming. Not wasteful large helpings
Went and got chicken noodle soup and a sesame seed bagel. The place was pretty clean and the lady at the counter was very nice, patient, and friendly. They were out of plain bagels and my bagel was as little burnt bit overall good service.
This is quick eats I have ever had. The focaccia bread with toppings hot out of the oven is so good I wanted to buy a full tray.
Their shortbread is also pretty stellar.
Only downside is that there is very little seating, most of which is outside, so on foggy days, no bueno.
Went there for dinner with my rugrats and apparently I left my wallet there. I didn't realize until 3 days from my visit last week so when I called to ask if they found it, I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you Panera Team for your honesty. An another note when we were there they provided awesome service. They were patient while I took ages to order for my family and even hooked it up with an extra Apple juice for my kids when I mentioned it wasn't brought with the food. I didn't ask for anything extra nor was I even upset, I just wanted the juice and politely asked about it. Instantly the manager (she looked like one) profusely apologized when she brought the drinks. Thank you for making the end of a super long day for my family a happy one. Be careful Panera. I might hit up this location for recruiting for my office. :)
