The place was fully empty on a Monday night. It is a chic place as well, trendy look. Felt a bit weird when empty though. The bartender was nice and helpful. We ordered burger which was good. Also got the steak appetizer, not a big fan of blue cheese but the dish was good as well. The drinks were plenty. Overall the ambiance could have been better with more people.

Pretty good house-made pickles appetizer plate. Gentry Burger was spot on. Only wish they had more items on their menu.

Finally got to try this place with a few friends and loved it! It's at a nice location in Cupertino with lots of other restaurants and groceries nearby. Ryan (the bartender) was really helpful in selecting a cocktail. They have quite a nice selection of cocktails to choose from; I ended up getting the Milk Punch. It was fantastic, and really unique compared to cocktails I'm used to. We also got some spicy potatoes and the Bartender's Breakfast to go with our drinks. Highly recommend!

We popped into Gentry to grab a drink and watch basketball. Each cocktail was incredibly balanced and delicious (must try the Milk Punch!). We felt so welcomed by the bar staff that we decided to cancel our dinner plans and stay for dinner at Gentry. Best decision ever!!

The kobucha squash and mushrooms were cooked to the perfect texture and taste. We are still dreaming of homemade lamb sausage. The tempura string beans were a delightful surprise. Gentry is lucky to have Chef Colby because he combines exotic flavors into easily accessible bar food, and he took the time to give us the top chef story behind the dishes. To top it off, the ambiance is on point with chic decor, multiple TVs, and top notch bar selection. Definitely the only spot we’ll return to in Cupertino!
