Egghead Cafe

My order was super fast, practically instant, and very tasty. I ordered breakfast scramble sandwich which comes on a super soft bun. They make the bread themselves apparently some kind of Taiwanese recipe. They close early so get here for breakfast or lunch. I’ll be back!

Tried the fried chicken sandwich and the egghead, both were solid. Fried chicken is Taiwanese "jipai" style. Gets busy on weekends and if you try to order ahead they might not start working on your food until you check in, which leads to a very long wait. Probably faster to just wait in line and order but YMMV

The food is easily a gourmet restaurant level! Scramble sandwich was the best egg sandwich I’ve ever had. This place was a very pleasant surprise, I highly recommended it!! So goooood!?

Ordered from DoorDash. Quality seemed high for the price, it’s definitely better than typical fast food. The eggs were all cooked perfectly (slightly runny yolk) and the sauces were very good. I tried the bacon, fried chicken, and burger versions, and the fried chicken was my favorite. It was nicely spicy without setting my mouth on fire. The spicy mayo also has a good kick to it, definitely not “weak sauce”. Highly recommended, especially for the price.
