The vegan option has filberts in it and it’s delicious. The ambience is nothing special in this restaurant that is in a strip mall but the food was above average and reminded us of the locations they have in Japan which are also very popular

It seems like most of these reviews are only bad because the place is too popular and the wait is too long which doesn't make too much sense. How does a place deserve lower reviews just because it's too popular? The food is amazing and it's hard to find delicious unique ramen like this. Softshell crab buns are also amazing.

For the amount of the food, it is quite expensive! The line is a bit confusing! There is no name taking for the line. The only line is for ordering food from a kiosk. You can only submit the order after they assign seats for you. Then you take a number stand, key in the number as table number in your order. Then proceed to your seats. The water and utensils are on the side for self service. The yuzu flavor ramen soup is quite unique and quite refreshing! The noodle is a bit on soft side for me. The soft crab bun is pretty good. There is only one price of pork and half soft egg.

Waiting too long is not good. Also, you need to get your own water. But not clear when I first sit down. Had to wait a while before realizing it’s a self service.
It maybe ok in Japan because there are no tips involved. But in US. I think they should get rid of the tips mechanism to be closer to their service model.

Very long wait. They need to improve the efficiency of their operations. Only 2 ordering machines; it'd be faster to just take orders manually. They have a 3rd machine that is 1% utilized. Nice staff but waiting hours is simply too long.
