Good Italian food and seevice in Cupertino. Both entrees we had (lasagna and pasta) were well prepared and tasteful. We were in doubt for the appetizer and the host was very thoughtful and asked the chef to mix up 3 different options from the menu for us. We didn't have pizza but saw a few coming out of the wood fire oven and they looked great.
The calamari was delicious, especially the fried shrimps. The gnocchi would be my 2nd favorite. The other dishes were lackluster. The arancini was especially disappointing. They are very small- more like fried mozzarella balls than arancinis.
The place is neat and clean .. The host is extremely friendly. I went for vegan options. And the pesto spaghetti and the marinara weren’t really great . Was very dry and not so tasteful.
Somehow disappointed
The food was very good and the service was quick. There was some miscommunication between two servers we had, but it was very minor. The service was quick! My fiance and I were seated in the back next to the pizza oven, which was fun.
We liked the interior design of the restaurant, but the house music also gave it a weird early-2000s club vibe. Didn't match the aesthetics.
A little pricey for what you get, but that's inflation for you.
They’re very generous with the amount of pasta in an order. Could have used a bit more bacon for all the pasta. Pizza was good and had a generous amount of cheese. Tiramisu was my favorite bite of the meal. It’s light for a tiramisu with lots of chocolate and coffee flavors coming through.
