New Covid outdoor seating, best viet restaurant in town

First time eating here today and the restaurant’s first day with outdoor seating. They did a great job. The pho was tasty and approved by my Vietnamese girlfriend. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. The outdoor seating was choice with proper social distancing. I highly recommend this restaurant.
P.S. Restrooms were on point with cleanliness.

I personally feel that several of the Vietnamese restaurants I’ve visited over the last few months are a little too similar, which means a bit forgettable. However, the first time I went to Pho Ha Noi I felt a completely different vibe: the restaurant is just bright and happy. Although it is a relatively new, there were already many people. That said, the wait wasn’t long (10 min on a weekend night), and the staff were all quite nice. In addition I appreciated that, unlike some of the other restaurants I’ve visited recently, Pho Ha Noi’s meat wasn't and too well done, and wasn't dry (a common occurrence). There’s also a creative self-serve topping area so you get to completely control how much of each topping you want. Overall, it’s easily my favorite go-to pho restaurant!

They get very busy and their good food comes fast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Book your reservation on Yelp or walk in and put your details on the tablet by the counter. Perfect if everyone in the group is there and they will seat you right away. The fresh herbs & hot sauces are self serve at the back of the restaurant.

Came in the middle of the week when it first opened up (11am). Was surprised of how many people came early to eat. I ordered number 10 with flat noodles. I liked how it was self served to grab your own veggies and sauces. The employees were very attentive and kind. The pho was overall really good, the beef and noodles were good.
