Food and service were both excellent. Skip the specialty cocktails. Short ribs and Sea bass were standouts.

Been coming here for years and have been of fan of everything they do. The food and pastries are delicious. The location is wonderful. The Beer & Bacon pairing is always a treat but my favorite thing is the service. There’s nothing better than trying new places and feeling like the people that work there actually enjoy what they do and it shows. I’ve always felt special coming here and you will too

This was our 1st experience dining @ Verge and we had a wonderful night out.

We started off with the ???? toast paired with seared pork belly, avocado coulis, parmesan cheese, garlic aioli, on a brioche. Highly recommend to try this appetizer.

I had the rack of lamb- medium rare It was so succulent! It was paired with potato gratin, which was the best I've ever tasted.

The wife had the scallops on a bed of noodles and the kids had the buttermilk fried chicken.

Our overall experience was one of our best experiences dining out in awhile. The presentation of the food was over the top and delicious too.

Our waitress, Arenda, was the best. She was friendly, helpful, and attentive. We'll definitely be returning soon.

Note- after you leave the restaurant, grab a temporary exit key for the garage gate from the hotel front desk.

If you don't remember to get the key, you won't be able to leave the garage and you'll have to drive back up to the hotel entrance to get it.

Also, they only serve brunch through out the week. We found out when we came back during the day.

    Not bad but not great.

My family and I decided to try Verge for dinner and while the food had some tasty looking options, the execution was 'meh'.

I ordered the Pork and Duck burger which was served on a Mac N Cheese 'Bun' (Yes, exactly as described haha). It was good for a burger and was topped with a fried egg. Would I order again? Probably not.

I did order an app. and chose the Pork Belly with Octupus. It was served cool which is fine, but I felt it was missing some seasoning or some layer of depth. The Chipotle aioli is was served with was actually great.

    Overall 3/5.

We we're extremely.pleasantly surprised by the verge. We've lived in Los Gatos for over a year and didn't even know it existed. The menu was unique and the food was cooked to perfection. Better yet, the service was on point and accommodating for an infant. The only thing I would have changed is more veggie options on the menu. A+
