    Beautiful venue and kind staff. Great location in Los Gatos for walking around the town, restaurants, hiking trail close by for Los Gatos Creek Trsil.

    Great location, but the rooms were pretty bare-bones for the price. The bed was only mediocre and the carpet was kind of rough. There wasn't even a pad of paper and pen for me to take notes with.

    Watch out that they also charge a $28 "destination fee" when you check in on top of the actual room fee.

    Laura at the front was soooo friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean and quiet. Love the location. They give you cookies and wine at check in!

    Tired hotel. I stayed on the 2nd floor and the constant footsteps above me reminded me of my college apartment days.
    Not concerned about the drought in California - toilet ran constantly and the shower was like a fire hose.
    Staff was friendly.
    No room service but there’s a restaurant on-site (closed Mondays, expensive, but they do take out).
    They offer free EV charging which is a huge plus for us.
