Fast service and good servers! Just curbside!

The crew in N Santa Cruz Los Gatos are gems. We hugely admire the way they continually adapt to restrictions, yet never let their friendliness and unswerving dedication to serving the best coffee possible, wane. Putting a name to someone behind a face mask, that’s them.

This is a great Starbucks and all the people that work there are great! The only problem, in the last few months there has been a longer wait for drinks because it seems like they are very understaffed. I feel bad for them, because of the understaffing other areas of the store are neglected and tends to be slightly dirty.

Very generic Starbucks location. I gave it three stars only because it's completely indifferentiable from any other Starbucks. If you like Starbucks you like this location, if not then don't bother.

Awesome place if you charge your Tesla. I used to complain about how dirty the floors are and it seems they are doing their best. I do think it is the customers fault, why on earth you make it dirty anyway, people are mean, but anyway, I do enjoy the stay there near the window.
Good job, please keep it clean (customers!).
