“Tried yesterday for the first time. Ordered through Door Dash. After getting 3 texts from Door Dash letting me know that my delivery time was getting later and later, I was super annoyed and got plates ready to microwave the food when I got it. I was keeping an eye on the app and noticed that the driver made a couple of stops after she picked up my food, so the delays were not the restaurants fault. About 45 minutes after the driver picked up my food, I finally got it. To my surprise, the food was still hot. Not just warm, but hot! It was put in Togo containers that are made for hot food and then the containers were quadruple wrapped in cellophane. Another nice surprise was a half of a loaf of delicious bread that I didnt know came with it. The bread was also wrapped and still warm. I cant wait to go into the restaurant to eat since my food was still delicious even though it was cooked at least an hour before I ate it!”

“It's a high class presence, but ironically the prices were insanely reasonable. I had a glass of Gewurztramiener for $7.00, and a huge bowl of the Deluxe Seafood Soup, for $8.95. When you first viewed the exquisiteness of the menus, you thought this is going to be out of my league. It's going to be $30 and $40 and on up dinners. Not so . . . totally deceiving. I had a very generous amount of wine. And everything piping hot - a great treat in these cold winter days of February. My only disappointment in keeping this from a 5 star rating was the restrooms. They weren't kept up. But this won't keep me from coming back. The service was prompt, along with the warm personality of the waitress. Mucho kudos for the 'China Palace Restaurant', located near Main & Monterey, in the quaint Morgen Hill area.”

“A Morgan Hill institution after 40+ years in business. Great burgers and the only place in town that serves crinkle-cut fries. Best shakes in town, with my personal favorite being the fresh banana shake. They offer typical drive-in fare, like burgers, corn dogs, chicken strips, fries, onion rings, etc. They also have soft serve ice cream, about 10 different flavors of shakes, chocolate dipped cones & bananas. The only draw back is they have unposted, inconsistent hours and are a cash-only business.”

It's rather pricey compared to other known local brand named sandwich shops. It's worth the try and comparison.”

“The veggie bowl that I got both the times tasted below average. I have been to this location only twice and they were out of fajitas first time and black beans the other time. This was middle of the day and I understand if it was close to closing time for not having everything. These are two key ingredients in a veggie bowl and the bowl did not taste good with pinto beans and it was spicy for kids. It would be nice to keep up on the inventory and improve the taste.”
