    Great food, less than great service. Had to request several things that were simply forgotten. The quality of the food makes up for it. Best General Tso's chicken I've ever had.

    Absolutely delicious! Members in our party all tried a different style of ramen and all were excellent. The potato cakes in the vegetarian were crisp and hot, the Black King Ramen with the black garlic was a flavor explosion and the Red King Ramen was not only spicy but full of depth. We will definitely be back.

    Delicious ramen! I really enjoyed all the 3 types I've had so far (original, red, and black), and I'm looking forward to coming back. There is usually a long line, although it moves very quickly and I've never waited more than 25 minutes, and it's very much worth it

    Ramen Nagi is some of the best Ramen I have ever had, and definitely lives up to the hype. I went on a Tuesday night with a group from work and only had to wait in line about 30 minutes, and it was totally worth it. There are so many different options to choose from, and amongst our group we pretty much tried them all. Everything was so good and the ramen was cooked perfectly! If you are looking for good Ramen in the bay area, give Ramen Nagi a try!

    Good Ramen, but I wouldn't say "great". Long line up wasn't worth it. Nice to try it once, may go back a second time to try another option, but we went with their well known "yellow" variant. Definitely good, but there are better.
