Sizzler

My go to place for fast service, inexpensive for lobster and steak. I just wish the portions were a little bigger. Good selections for those wanting unlimited salad bar.

Visited Sizzler again after 3 years or so and noticed big improvements in the building. The salad bar is way better, super clean and neat. Although food its good i think the food portion is too little for the price you pay.

I should know better than to get seafood at a steakhouse, but I love seafood. I ordered the lobster duo and a baked potato and a salad bar. Lobster was rubber. Salad bar was good, nice selection of alternate salads, beside the usual stuff you put in a green salad, like kale, broccoli, and imatation crab. Vegetable soup really tasty, lots of large pieces of vegetables. The clam chowder on the other hand was lacking in clams. No cheese to speak of on the "cheesy" bread. And the waitress didn't even stick around long enough to hear what I wanted, after asking that very question. Oh, and before leaving us she starts talking to another guest while I was talking to her. Later she tried to take my plate that I wasn't finished with. And when I asked for a "to go" container for my potato, she did not return. She again got in a conversation with other customers and continued moving around the tables like I didn't exist. It took a 1/2 hour before we finally got a small box. This is why people don't eat at restaurants on this side of town.

Food is pretty good. The cashier couldn't give me an option to have chicken and shrimp instead of steak and shrimp. So we said can't we just substitute the steak for chicken. That got her all excited lol. Waitresses are usually pretty good about refilling your drinks as soon as they are empty. The salad bar is nothing special. However the free ice cream is great .

A classic and traditional sizzler location. Over the last few years the food quality has improved. Nora our server yesterday is fantastic and attentive. Place is clean. Handicap parking is minimal. Price is above average.
