Best experience ever!

Food is fresh and the atmosphere is fun. Vincent showed us how to make the best brisket I’ve ever had. Super happy with his customer service. Had try the Brokaw location after walking out of Milpitas. There were dirty plates everywhere and the employees were fighting over who was going to clean which table. So unprofessional. Our stove would’ve even light up and they had no clean tables to move us to. If you’re looking for a great experience, go to the Brokaw location! Now I see why people wait for hours.

Lunch and dinner are $16.99 and $24.99 respectively. The lunch menu has 27 items, the dinner menu has 36. Lunch ends at 3PM.

I went by myself and was seated at the bar. The staff was friendly, and tried to get me each dish promptly, despite the fact it was the middle of the Monday lunch rush.

The quality of the food was good. Not the best I've ever had, and I wasn't a huge fan of the marinades, but that's just personal preference.

Gen Korean is the best BBQ house I've ever been to in San Jose! They always served us with quality meat and never failed to meet our expectations. Our server is attentive and very helpful, he is quick to take our orders and also suggested us their best selling food for the season. We ordered the Smoked garlic pork belly and Hawaiian Steak with Cajun Shrimp and Soondoboo. Their food is really the best and very delicious. The wait is too long but it is definitely worth it! We are planning to return here next month!

This is my first time w my daughter eating at this place and were from the bay area. And so far everything was amazing. The place is fantastic. The workers were very nice. The songs were great it helped me eat my food lol. Thank you for your service. God bless you all.

It's pretty expensive. The wait time can be a while, but the meat is so yummy. You order four meats at a time and do the grilling your self at the table. The wait staff is very attentive. They change the grill plate often and if you ask for more of the sides they are very quick about bringing them out. It is fairly loud inside, but it is a fun environment.
