Dough zone has a great ordering system in place. Scan the menu, order individually and pay immediately. And within few minutes, the order gets served. Hassle free.
We ordered Chicken Soup dumplings( loved them), steamed pork buns, spicy Ma La Noodles, Chicken pot stickers, banana naan bread (yum, loved it) and GREEN TEA Mont Blank cake. The dishes were priced less, I felt.
Would love to visit again.
The waiter was bilingual in Chinese and English. However, she didn't talk to us at first. She only indicated a QR code so that we could place an order.
The steam dumplings were not steam properly. They weren’t cooked all the way the dough was too hard.
The food and service quality did not match the experience of the Cupertino shop which the cuisine and service were subpar
This is my second time here. It was definitely better than the first. First time the service was not great. This time it was pretty good. Fried pork buns are the best! And some of the noodle dishes are good too. I like the braised beef noodle soup. XLB and onion cake also good. It’s a little pricey though.
Third time here, my daughter and I ordered onion pancake and Xiaolongbao. The first time I was here, I was not impressed with their xiaolongbao as the dough was hard, the second and now the third time back, the dumplings texture got better. The inside of the xiaolongbao is good nonetheless. My daughter gave it 4 stars.
Nice chained dumpling restaurant.
The food quality is consistent across different branches, which is not bad.
Beef noodle is great. Others are average.
Overall it's a good place to enjoy xlb dumplings and noodles.
