Tu Mero Mole

One of the best Mexican restaurants in the area. You know it is a great Mexican restaurant because it is situated between a really seedy looking bar on one side, and a pet-related place on the other side, PLUS a martial arts studio. Trifecta!

Seriously though, this place makes the best Mole sauce I have tasted in the Bay Area, so I would recommend the two dishes with mole. But everything is good because the meats are high quality and then cooked and seasoned well. A few of the appetizers are big enough for a small meal. Even the tacos are exquisite. There's a salsa and toppings bar, too.

We live right about a block, and a half from this place, so we have been going there from the beginning. I have loved Mexican food my whole life, and to have great Mexican right around the corner is a Good send. We go once a week religiously.

Authentic, delicious, amazing customer service, best prices and so much more. This place has been the only authentic Mexican restraunt that I've been to since moving out here. You need to come once I your life to experience their food!

Been eating here for years and it's still my favorite. The tacos are street style and the seasoning is on point for every option so you can't go wrong, but the kicker is their plates. Try them all, nothing disappoints. My favorite though is the veracruziano or something like that. Damn.... so good. Huge servings, friendly staff and the salsa bar kills it! The salsa alone wins. This is the hidden Mex you're looking for.

Great place to eat in or take out. Small, but clean. Bathroom very clean. Food tastes great and the servings are quite big!
