Wide variety of rolls, very fresh!

Food was good, but service was very slow!

Glad to see the food was fresh even with the holiday schedule. Last day off of holiday vacation and my usual place was not open. Picked Bamboo as a last ditch option to get something different than the holiday chow I was getting over the last 10 days. All aspects that I saw were clean and tidy. We sat at the bar so saw the chef work. No complaints and nothing to worry about in regards to his methods. Got a few different rolls and each was distinctly different. Considering the components are limited with sushi, they found good combinations. Also, some ingredients were not standard which was refreshing. Service was friendly, food was tasty and the atmosphere was comfortable. I would try again to see if this place becomes our new standard sushi joint. Prices are a bit higher than some other places but I got good quality which is necessary for sushi.

I really like Bamboo Fish. The place has a nice atmosphere and the food is great. The sushi is creative and tasty. The cooks, whom make the sushi right in the middle for all to see are friendly and fast.
As a bonus they always have a couple of craft beers on tap.
Only minus is that the serving personnel can be disorganized and therefore it gets chaotic when it's busy.

First time here, recommended by my friends. Good food, fast, and the large beer came in a frozen mug! Good plus.
