Excellent. One of my favorite places to go for a burger. They have a variety to choose from and they don't overwhelm you with a busy menu. They have a burger with blue cheese and bacon that is amazing. The bacon is thick and they are generous with the portions. I ordered my burger medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. So many other places can't cook a burger right. They usually come out do e even if you ask for rare. It's really nice to have a place take pride in the way they cook their burgers.
My sons and I came for an early Sunday breakfast before heading over to Lake Almaden. We were promptly greeted by the host and seated. Waiter was attentive, but my food arrived stone cold. I finally got his attention, then proceeded to wait another 25 minutes sipping coffee while my boys devoured their meals and were impatiently ready to leave. They were apologetic and offered to put the order in ASAP (apparently the kitchen lost the initial reorder ticket) and pack my breakfast to go. I declined and while they removed it from my bill, and the waiter was apologetic, I was still short changed. My sons; however, said the food was delicious, hence the 3 stars.
Almost every time I visit, Mo's is a treat and a success. Pleasing and clean aesthetic. Server attire is casual but just the right touch. Drinks are great - can't beat bottomless mimosas for the price. Servers are great. Food is delicious. I enjoy the simple menu. Most restaurants should do a few things well. It would be nice to see the menu rotated out seasonally and making mention of using local produce. Can't wait until the Morgan Hill branch is up and running.
Mo's food is good and the food quality is consistent. They have good burgers and are creative with their menu. They make a really good bloody mary with an onion ring and bacon. Breakfast is good if you don't mind waiting a while on the weekends. They also serve breakfast all day if you're craving breakfast for dinner. Their wings are both crispy and hot (spicy), but not overly spicy.
The service is very inconsistent. Sometimes it's fine and sometimes it's terrible. None of the servers know what's on tap and they finally added a chalkboard listing it, but it's hard to figure out what's actually available.
I love the fresh, unique flavors here. The Benedict’s are delicious and the Bloody Mary doesn’t disappoint with it’s included short glass of beer! Service at bar might be faster if you’re in for a quick bite or only a party of two and don’t mind skipping a booth.
