Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que

We had a large party, and our server was fast, friendly, and fun. Great service! Great ribs. I didn't care for the fried catfish, however.

Famous Dave's is the best barbeque place I've ever been to. Their selection of sauces is amazing and their food, from their giant platters to burgers, are solid. And now onto the real reason I'm posting this: Famous Jeremy deserves the title. He was attentive, observant, and funny as hell. Seriously one of the best servers I've ever had. I was there for my mother's birthday a few days ago and madman brought us ice cream without us needing to ask (I mean we did sing Happy birthday but still). The guy deserves a raise if you're his boss reading this. The rest of the staff is solid too, very nice and warm to talk to. All around great place 10/10

This establishment has by far the best bbq ribs that I have ever sunk my teeth in. They're meaty and flavorful and always cooked to perfection. It's their food combined with the outstanding customer service that I have received each and every time I've went there. They make me feel welcomed by calling me by my name and the manager Famous Alex has the best customer service skills that I have ever seen. Kudos to the general manager for having awesome managers, servers and bartenders. A job well done!

I wanted to share some feedback from my company's first catering order from Famous Dave's. Firstly, Chris (their delivery representative) was an exceptional representation of the company. He showed up on time--if not pleasantly early. He asked if we had a specific set-up in mind and gave me the best options to organize our food selections. He explained all the condiments and placed them in optimal locations where it was easy for everyone to move down the food line. What I appreciate the most was his excitement about your restaurant and his careful consideration to explain how best to uncover the lids/covers without cutting ourselves. Chris thoughtfully brought us extra containers for leftovers, wet wipes, and trash bag liners for disposal. Amazing! After the food was set-up, he reviewed our order check-list and verified that we had everything we needed. Famous Dave's has an all-star employee on their team!

Secondly, the food was delicious. We ordered brisket, ribs, chicken, beans, mac & cheese (so good!), garden salad, and corn muffins. All 50 attendees simply enjoyed the selections--in fact, we had very little left over.

From scheduling a quote, delivery, and food quality--we couldn't be happier with Famous Dave's! We look forward to ordering from them in the future.
