Pho Bowl

Service: Perfect. Food: Tasty, but confusing. My wife got less meat in her large bowl than I did in the small (we both ordered the same thing, rare steak only) and the size of the bowls are really close. The large is more like a medium. The rare steak seemed like it was cooked beforehand instead of in the soup. Overall, not bad- but I'll take the extra few minutes to drive to Pho La.

I came in feeling under the weather, and he took special notice simply from me asking for no ice. The man created a hearty mix of ginger, lime, & orange water without breaking a sweat! And was careful to give recommendations. BIG plus that he shows genuine concern WITHOUT being overbearing especially when I'm busy eating (where lots of servers fail)

Pho is top tier. Period. As a self proclaimed noodle fanatic, I can tell they didn't skimp on the soup ingredients. The noodles had no rice aftertaste like some pho places do. They were soft and silky, yet didn't break apart under prolonged submergence. Excellent.

I live close to this business so my family will occasionally come here for breakfast or late dinner. The Phở is pretty close to authentic. Their portion is really big as I always end up taking home some leftovers. The best thing is they give you free green tea ice cream after your meal. Overall, the food and service is nice. Definitely will be our family’s frequent dine in spot.
