Chef Joni was wonderful! Great teacher, fun, and very enjoyable conversation as we all learned together. The food was AMAZING, and the whole event was a FANTASTIC experience. Highly recommend!

We went with our team of 10 and had so much fun. Chef Joni shared her Paella secrets with us, and shared lots of interesting stories as well. Everything was very well set up and prepared, and we could choose between 'regular' and vegetarian options, which she and her assistant helped us prepare. We also had Sangria and snacks on the side - the experience was fantastic. Thank you chef!

We had a great time. Joni was patient with teaching us techniques, explained the why behind the how, and entertaining. She took the time to explain facets of cooking which we had never considered - even after eating for over 60 years. She was fun and, at times, funny. She has a great selection of tools. At the end we got to eat one of the best meals ever.

Our team had a great time cooking with Chef Joni at the Secrets of Paella class. She was a very good host and was easily able to accommodate dietary restrictions among our group. We got to enjoy a great meal at the end and also picked up some useful cooking tips along the way. A positive experience overall!

We cooked with Chef Joni in the "Traditional Thai with a Twist" and it was absolutely amazing!

We were a group of 4 friends, and she did a great job of making sure we were all busy without ever feeling rushed. She also did a perfect job of pulling us all back together to show us a technique or part of the recipe that needed the full groups attention. Even though we were working on different tasks we still felt as if we were one group all working together in a real kitchen (Which we were!).

Joni also was great at catering to our wants for the class. Plenty of time for photo's (all about the grams! #cookingwithjonisare) and eating, as well as explaining how she found and modified existing recopies based on her experiences. It was great because we didn't just walk away with a recipe and a tutorial on how to make it, but a great understanding of how the ingredients worked together and tons of tips on how to practically apply that, and what to look for at restaurants so we could also start to modify and adjust our own cooking beyond what was covered in the class.

Chef Joni was a fantastic and I couldn't recommend her more!
