Yard House

Always a solid time at Yard House. Due to it's popularity and location it can be packed on the weekend and during dinner time/happy hour. This is to be expected but as far as my experiences go has in no way ever effected the quality of the service or food. Good for groups and if you like beer, well worth a try.

Great atmosphere and a very courteous staff. Really liked their garlic noodles. Also the chicken tenders are amazing! Has a very elegant feel to the bar and the tables have candle lights during the night. A good combination of romantic and pub-like atmosphere. Choice of music that is played can be improved

We came on a Thursday night during happy hour and they were packed. The wait was less than 10 minutes. The server was very fast and friendly. The happy hour martini were strong and tasty. The calamari looked over cooked but it was actually very tender. I’d definitely come back! We enjoyed the happy hour prices and all food items.

Yard House has good food, but holy mackerel it's loud! Energetic scene if you.like that, but conversation can be challenging. Our waiter was awesome ... Friendly but not intrusive. The calamari was probably the BEST I've ever had, and I've had it in Italy too! Flavorful seasoning and wonderfully fresh ... You've seriously got to try it, even if you don't like calamari. I had the Cajun ... Stew? ... and I really liked it. More like a gumbo, not excessively spicy, very flavorful. Prices are not bad for Santana Row. I think I'll come back ... Just don't go if you're hard of hearing. :-)
