RAAM

This place is soooo good! The pork kimchee apple buns are so unique and refreshing. I also love their braised beef noodle soup. Their ramen is unlike traditional ramen in that it doesn't taste loaded with salt and it's portion size is smaller than normal. However, it leaves me satisfied just enough without feeling overly full. Finally, their corn flakes Panna Cotta doesn't sound like much, but the two flavors go unexpectedly well together.

In the second floor in the middle of the store. Smallish menu with Asian bites and noodles. Ordered the beef ramen and it was tasty.

Flavorful ramen, great cocktails, and spectacular service! Ben was attentative and made amazing cocktails but was even better company. Whenever I see him working I feel inclined to drop in for some good food and great conversation!

Limited food choices, same cooking of the pork, beef and chicken. You just have to choose if u want rice, soup or pita bread. Not bad.

Great place for a quick bite while out shopping. Located in Nordstrom's. Unusual cocktail menu to pair with my favorite BBQ sticky buns.
