    My favorite rice noodle restaurant with very authentic southern China rice dry noodle. They have been adding selections and most of them are also decent.

    This place is my go-to whenever I crave guilin noodles. My go-to is the dried noodles or the 老友粉. I've been to this restaurant for the past 2 years and the food quality has always been consistent. They have the new dried stir-fry noodles which they claimed is GF. (top one in pic) we ordered the black pepper beef fried noodles which were pretty good. Highly recommended.

    - dry noodles with pork
    - 老友粉

    Skip:
    - appetizers
    -drinks (they are okay but you've got other options near by)

    For two people, we shared the cold vegetable dish appetizer and the noodle sampler. Everything was pretty good. The hot sauces were nice and spicy and reminiscent of our trip to Guilin.

    Both my friend and I had soup which were delicious. I love that mine is not too salty yet flavorful. The best experience is that in spite of getting there 20 minutes before they close, the server let us stay for an extra hour to enjoy our food and conversation. Customer service at its best.
