    Maybe the best kept secret of Chinese cuisine, Guilin noodles hail all the way from the Qin Dynasty over 2,000 years ago in the Guangxi Province. The secret is a delicate broth combined with rice noodles (that means gluten free folks!) that feel almost like udon and will stalk your dreams. There are only two Guilin noodle joints in the Bay that I know of, so tuck in for the Chinese ramen-take-down and don't forget to hone your chopstick skills on some of those peanuts.

    Not authentic Guilin/Yangshuo rice noodle but close/good enough.

    Very authentic Chinese food. There will be short waiting time if you come at peak hour. Service is ok. Dishes come out fast.
