(January 3, 2019, 6:14 am)This place has been in the same spot for over 25 yrs. It's only open from 11 to 2 and only accepts cash. The sandwiches are great, they bake the sourdough bread and it is delish. My favorite sandwich is the pastrami with everything. Its lean and not greasy or fatty. If you go, you will need to park at metered parking along Hedding, as there is no parking lot.

(December 30, 2018, 9:19 am)Great place to get a tasty sandwich (at least 16 different flavors and combinations), the bread is fresh out the oven, and so is the meat, and if you get there early enough you can get the bread while it is hot. They are only open from 11.30am - 2.30pm during the work week, and cash only (although they do have an atm on the premises, and there is a bank of the west down the street).
