Do not be discouraged by the line out the door for the pack bar. Grab a number they will call you have a drink while you wait. When they call you they'll take your order when your table is ready you'll sit down and have some of the best food you can get!

The place is literally a time capsule. They have one menu and it's nailed to the wall. You walk in and they ask you what kind of steak you want, cuz that's what you're going to have. And then you stand in the bar and have a drink until you tables ready and they serve you. The building hasn't changed since the 50s, and I hope it never does. It's a classic piece of Americana in San Jose

I've never had such tender cuts of meat that just melt in your mouth. There was six of us so we shared some items. Everything was just delicious and done to perfection. Henry's is one of those old-school eateries in San Jose that if you're a native you have to visit at least once in your life. I promise you the trip will be well worth it

Get here early. Food's worth the wait but you'll wait a while. Especially on hockey nights. The mushrooms and BBQ onion are musts. They also sell out quick so be careful. The baked potato is also so damn good. Just, get anything. You won't be disappointed.

One of the must visit places in Bay Area. It's a 1960s restaurant which takes you years back when you enter. Amazing ambiance. On Friday evenings, most likely you'll have to wait for 45 mins to be seated. But they have excellent bar which makes sure you are entertained. Menu is concise and yet everything combination on menu is delicious. For me, Baby Back Ribs is the highlight of the place with their signature BBQ sauce.
