This restaurant serves up some great food. Dan Dan Noodles, Twice Cooked Pork, Chongqing Spicy Chicken, Hunan Shredded Pork, Sliced Pig Ear. But two dishes in particular, Chengdu Stewed Fish Fillet and Sliced Beef and Tripe Combo, are ones you absolutely must try. Superb.

The people there are really friendly and courteous too.

These guys took over the XLB joint that use to be here and let me tell you, I am so happy they did!

First off, that other place was super hit or miss. Second, this place is so good!

We called in our order and there's a bell on the table for when you arrive in case no one is at the front.

They had everything separated out which was awesome and offered multiple touchless ways to pay: venmo, paypal and zelle.

Food itself was so good. We got the stewed fish with pickled veggies noodle soup - first off, this sounds terrible but try it. It has a nice slow burn which I love in sichuan food. As for how we ate it, we actually thought it tasted better over rice as it soaked up the flavor better than the noodles. The garlic cold noodles on the other hand, were best eaten the way they came... and boy were they also amazing. That sauce on it... So goooood I need to order extra to cook with even though I don't cook lol. Finally their tea smoked duck is everything I wanted and more.

Only one we didn't care much for was their shredded pork with dried tofu skin... It sounded amazing but was easily overshadowed by the other epic dishes... We'll just skip that for future orders.

Overall, solid place, I'm excited to try them again next time I'm in the area.

All the dishes at this new restaurant were amazing. I like food with a spicy kick and got the right dishes to satisfy my taste buds. I haven’t had anything this authentic in a while, so it was nice to get this meal. My girlfriend and I did takeout and it took about twenty minutes. The folks running the shop were really friendly and helpful in picking the dishes. I recommend stopping in if you want some good and authentic Chinese food from a family run business.
