Dumpling Capital

Very solid food, reasonable prices, and easy for take out right now.

Ordered take out during shelter in place. Hubby and I ordered stinky tofu, pot stickers, and the spicy beef noodle soup. We had called to place the order and had picked it up in twenty minutes. The ladies they hired to make the dumplings were next door, wrapping dumplings at lightening speed.
By the time we brought the food home, the food was still hot. An order of stinky tofu had ten pieces along with a side of picked cabbage. It came with a sweet soy sauce and chili sauce. Pot stickers were tasty. A little small and the wrapper was a bit thick. The filling inside was delicious and juicy, it was like eating a pot sticker but had the filling of a soup dumpling. The best part of the meal was the soup noodle. It came with beef shank, bok choy, and black wood ear mushroom. The beef shank was extremely tender but the most delicious part was the broth and the noodles. Noodles were chewy and we managed to have left over. The middle texture remained the same. It didn't become soggy or mushy. The broth was equally as delicious... Perfect pair. I can do without the meats and veggies.

This is the best dumplings spot in town. Their dumplings are handmade and delicious. Beef noodle soup were really good.The service is very friendly！I will come back
