Former Bombay Garden remodeled into Sakoon. Interior ambience is good. A good place for lunch buffet. No need to worry about
    parking space.

Vegetarian Thali is awesome. Must try.. Every item is so special and very tasty. One more best restaurant added to my list.. :)

Don't go at 12:00. It's a peak time. You have to stand on a queue for buffet. But Veg food is awesome. Worth standing.

Much better than the one that used to be there. They completely remodeled the inside. It's very modern now. It is still a buffet at lunch and still Indian. They have now separated the meat and veggie areas. The food is different than before but very nice. More spicy but in a good way. I would go back. Great for big groups!

Finally a quality establishment comes to Santa Clara.
We held a 100 person event in their upstairs banquet facility - the food was exceptional, as expected, and the location proved to be very conducive to networking and for a theater style technology information session.
If they can take care of a hundred - I'm sure you'll be happy with their services... And the food!

Prelim 5 stars as it seems to be comparable to Castro St, Mountain View, CA location. Leans toward North Indian, but everything is very good. Most dishes have a slight twist on traditional versions.

The lunch buffet is excellent. I still have to try dinner service, so review may change.
