    The food is fresh and hot. Service is fast and efficient. Plenty of parking and a place for children's play area.

    McDonald is McDonals. The only reason I go here is because of the PlayPlace. Once in a while, my kids have fun time here.

    Because this location of McDonald's is so close to many offices a tends to be quite crowded. The good thing is there is a kiosk that allows you to place an order and pay for your meal without pressure. The fish filet is one of my favorites and for a change there is less tartar sauce thrown on. With the kiosk though it turns out they are able to hire people that remind you of statutes. What happened to all that friendly service?

    Best McDonald's in santa clara. They have a nice big play structure that's well maintained. We have been at this place several times. Folks here are very nice and friendly. Our order has been perfect every single time. Like with other McDonald's, because of the heavy traffic, the place can be a bit messy. I wish all customers cleaned up after themselves, but again, that's a wishful thinking.

    Fast food, can't go anything wrong with that. The drive-through seems to be very busy and it takes a little while to prepare the food so there's assigned parking like Sonic where the employees will bring the food to you. Overall service wasn't bad and the food was fine.
