“I've just about tried every Poke place in the South Bay/San Jose and this place is definitely a contender for my favorite poke spot. The person helping us patiently explained all the available selections and there is a large variety in bases/toppings/sauces that you won't find at other poke places. The portion size is not the biggest but I found it enough to be a satisfying meal. Definitely would recommend giving this place a try!”

“Kitchen united mix is the best thing to happen at valley fair mall. You can conveniently pick up food from different restaurants in the mall all at one time. Although went by the other day and looks like they may be closing it down. Usually I see the wonderful team members out front but haven't seen many of them lately which makes me very sad, they were always so helpful. I have friends who work there and order thru mix everyday, now how will they eat. Hopefully this is just a temporary thing and things pick back up again. Please don't take mix from valley fair”

“The portions here are pretty decent compared to the price. So here you can get for sure a protein rich meal. The chicken was soft, and it felt quite similar to a home made chicken, light and filling. The chicken broth was also a super good combination with the meal, especially in the winter time. “I was initially hesitant due to other reviews, but I decided to try this restaurant out anyway. I was pleasantly surprised! The interior is very unique and aesthetically pleasing. We were seated immediately, since we came on a weekday for dinner around 5:30pm. The service was attentive and fast. We ordered their crab rice dish, Taiwanese braised pork rice, Japanese sesame sauce over beef slices, and a Thai tea. Everything was delicious! The portion sizes were average sized for a "fancier" restaurant, but the food was worth it. I'm definitely coming back to try some of the other dishes.”

“Their lemongrass pork and chicken were amazing. it's so flavourful and not dry at all. Banh mi and pho were pretty good. The vermicelli bowl was recommended on the menu, but I found it a bit disappointing. All the toppings were delicious, but there was so much vermicelli noodles with no seasoning. I wish the portion is better.”

“We had a group of five come here before going to the movies. It was such a great experience and I can’t wait to come back. The restaurant was busy but the staff was attentive to get us seated. Nice atmosphere, clean and spacious. All of our entrées were delicious, including our appetizers. Are party enjoyed the following items, which we all recommend and would get again: Catfish appetizer, Crab cake appetizer, fried rice, Shaking Beef with red rice, garlic noodles with shrimp, and the roasted crab. Oh and can’t forget the Shark Tank! The roasted crab was absolutely amazing and the brown butter with seasoning kept me wanting more. If it was accepted I think we all would have drunken the butter. 😂 Our server was very friendly, attentive, and super helpful. He was able to give us recommendations and also helped to answer some dietary restriction questions. He even made it a point to go ask the chef to confirm his answers to us. Would definitely recommend coming here and can’t wait to come back again.”

“This place was part of a yelp elite offer. So I came by to try some stuff. I thought it was pretty good. I ordered the chicken leg quarter box, seared salmon box, basil chicken, watermelon juice, super fruit tea and the winter melon lemon tea. I like that they have the option of level or ice and sweetness. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. I think it might be better to dine in to ensure the food is hot. I will definitely be back to try more.”

“Absolutely amazing not going to lie. Went there the first time but they were out of cones but we were determined to get chicken cones. It sounded weird but it is just amazing. The chicken is crispy and each piece is covered equally in the chicken sauce you chose. The waffle cone and chicken surprisingly go so well together with any sauce it would seem, from spicy to savory. The Cajun fries are also crispy and not overly salty which is great. Friend says the shakes are amazing so taking his word on it. Will 100% go back to try the Mac and cheese and a new sauce”

“We tried the Super Spicy Miso Ramen and Tonkatsu Ramen through delivery. The packaging was very nicely done with the soup and other ingredients packed separately and no leaks. We put the ramen together with all the ingredients, it was delicious!! When ever we try ramen, we always judge the broth first because that's the most critical part of the ramen, and it was amazing!! The ramen was cooked to just the right degree of firmness, the pork belly, soft boiled egg, and beansprouts were very nicely prepared also. Kumo's ramen dishes more than passed our taste test. We plan to try their bento boxes next!”

“The size of sushi pieces were perfect. Minimum use of sauce and the taste was fine. However, they all look the same, taste the same, and the fish topping was less than desirable. Although we ordered 6 rolls, we finished all of them by the two of us. The wasabi was in sachets which was first for us. Order was ready on time and you pick it up from the food lockers.”
