    My favorite noodle! They have a wide variety of soup to chose from and their noodles taste so fresh! The texture is different than those other egg noodles. It’s cooked perfectly! I would recommend sticking to the noodles here.

    Very Good quality food. All noodle is made on the spot when order placed. All soup broth are made from natural ingredient. noodle is also made using Chinese herb which is very good for health. I know all of this because the chef come and chat with us.

    A genuine Chinese noodle place. 刀削 noodle is good. Some Sichuan style noodles too. Not a lot of meat in the noodle. Serving is a bit slow. We came on a chilly day and the place was not cold.

    Knife made noodles? Never had them before and they are fantastic! They hold the broth nicely and have a wonderful texture and chew. I've been here many times over my years of travel to the San Jose area and it is on my short list of must stop in places.
