    Staff was great but I didn't like their icecream it wasn't rich in taste

    As tasty as it can get! Coldstone Creamery has been my favorite since I ate their ice cream first. I just love their flavors.

    Great ice cream. Love the combinations and fusions. But the service is hit or miss. Really depends on the crew when you visit. If it's a great crew the experience is pretty fantastic. The ice cream cakes are also phenomenal. One of my favorite places in the Bay area though a franchise
