Waited for my food for more than 40min, then I missed my dance class... Food is ok but it took so long. I thought it was express food!
This chain is the most authentic Taiwanese street food you can get in the South Bay. The GPie (chicken chop, pronounced "ge-pie" in Mandarin), popcorn chicken, and assorted fried potatoes and veggies are all awesome. The bento box/rice plates are good too, with very Taiwanese side dishes. The bubble tea is not quite up to snuff with other places around, maybe think of getting milk tea somewhere else. All in all an amazing place.
I would love to give them 5 stars because it’s my native food and it a good concept - relatively fast good food for either eat in or take out. While the overall quality is good, the taste is not as consistent as its Milpitas parent. Sometimes the chicken comes out dry or fried are way over fried. Nevertheless, still a really good place for a fast and delicious bite!
