    Had a great sandwich. Awesome decor, the historic pictures of the aptos area made me take my time and enjoy the experience. Other people probably agree. The line was out the door before I was done eating. BTW, I don't give 5 star unless it was truly a good time.

    They have just remodeled Eric's but it is in the same location. I don't understand why they waste money putting a new face on the same thing but I guess it attracts customers. To me it's just a waste of money that could be used for other things. I've always liked Eric and the sandwiches have always been good there. However my favorite in Santa Cruz County is the deli in Ben Lomond supermarket. But for a good, healthy sandwich Eric's is a good place to go.

    New owners are fabulous! The new store is beautiful and very well organized, clean and spacious. The employees seemed upbeat and the sandwiches are wonderful. I'll be in here frequently as my work is one block away! I'm so glad you guys are back open!
