The food was delicious! Their beverage menu was huge and their wall of quotes was a nice read as we waited for food. Prices were amazing for the quality of food.
decent bar with a wide and revolving selection of microbrews and typical bar bites. the service is pretty efficient and reasonably friendly. the beers are decently priced and i admire their tap program -- they get local and national beers to keep me coming back. the food quality is meh -- it used to be a bit better, but now has relegated to something forgettable, most things are fried or drenched in oil.
Still, go here for some good brews and a local crowd
One of the few places downtown with patio seating and a southern exposure. A great spot to end a group ride where you can sit outside and keep an eye on your bikes. Consistently good food, large menu, healthy ingredients and good service. Every style of beer imagineable with lots of local and speciality brews. Plenty of tables inside to watch the game or hang out. Part of the soul of Santa Cruz.
Love this place. Try to meet the owners. Also Andrew is a great bartender. I highly recommend the hamburgers and waffle fries. My favorite meal there is the creamy pesto fettuccine with chicken.
Good place. Busy for trivia night but very quiet as soon as the trivia ended. Great selection of beers on tap for a decent price in the area (7$ pint of IPA).
Atmosphere is nice but nothing special. Service was great, fast and attentive.
