“We just enjoyed the most delicious sandwiches from Reef Dog!! A Maestro , the Surf Trip and a Happy Cow. Fresh and artfully prepared with quality ingredients. The staff all care about delivering culinary perfection in every sandwich. We ordered a bowl of clam chowder and it was packed with clams and well-seasoned. We topped off our lunch with cookies that were a last minute must have since they were displayed by the register. Really tasty, with just the right treat factor! Lemon coconut, chocolate chip and ginger snaps. All in all a fabulous meal! Thanks for making our lunch an awesome experience!!”

“Imagine my pure joy when I found a place that offers vegan, vegetarian AND regular food. My whole family was able to eat as this restaurant had options to accommodate our dietary needs. We showed up 2 hours before closing and we were greeted and seated by the owner himself. Because we missed the rush he kindly told us the history of his mother and the restaurant when we asked. He also cooked our food which was DELICIOUS! I wish I could have taken pictures of everything he prepared but my family gobbled it up before I had a chance! Evaristas Fettuccine Pasta was the star of the show. Our daughter talked about how amazing it tasted for days afterwards and even brought it up again on the plane ride home! If you’re in the area this is definitely a place to pop by and have a bite to eat. The front patio is a little small but the inside is roomy and the indoor/outdoor space in the back is lovely and beautifully decorated.”

I also do hope the prices of the dumplings come down a bit. Monster Pot Downtown Santa Cruz is very affordable in my opinion and this place (same owners I believe) is a lot pricier. But, the food was overall tasty. Just hoping for prices to come down after official opening.”

“Fast, friendly, and efficient service - easy to enter, easy to exit. Excellent stop for gas, a quick snack, or coffee. The store always has deals when you purchase two of some select items. Gas pumps are kept stocked with paper towels and squeegees. Trash cans at pumps are emptied regularly. Digital air pump available, the staff will be happy to turn the machine on for you. I deducted one star because this location has unreliable restroom service. Better luck going straight to the restaurant that is 50 feet away. Expect a small wait in line at usual busy times; 6am-8am; 5pm-7pm; Friday & Saturday nights.”
