El Zaguan Taqueria

5 stars cause decent Mexican food is really rare to find north of LA and this place is better then decent

The spices are great good flavors, polite staff, got a burrito and it was chunky and the tacos are stacked too

My travel partners liked their food but im not sure that i even got what i ordered. whatever it was it was very dry and hard and tasted like yesterdays.

We were on our way from California to Oregon and stopped at El Zaguan. My seafood taco was delicious and the house-made corn tortillas were amazing!! They use spices that harken back to our visits to Mexico. My son's quesadilla was perfection! They had our order finished in under 5 minutes. We will be stopping here on our way to visit relatives every time!

We are from out of state but always make sure to stop by El Zaguan anytime we travel through California. My husband loves their chicken burrito and the fish tacos. I don't eat meat or dairy and they are always willing to provide a very tasty meal that meets my dietary specifics. Today I had a bean/rice burrito with guacamole and their delicious spicy hot sauce. The prices are good and the staff is excellent - I highly recommend.
