The Wharf

Love this place. So glad that they are open again. Great food and service, for a reasonable price. My hubby and I just got married at the end of October. But, three years ago, this place was our 1st date. So glad to be able to celebrate, this weekend, by going back and having some amazing fish and chips, clam chowder, and drinks. Sat at our favorite table, by the fireplace. It was a beautiful night.

The menu is very basic. And kinda pricey for average food. The bartender is slow if your not sitting at the bar. Very stand offish. Same look as the front room with some new paint and artifacts. My drink was good. The food not so much. We had clam chowder..very thick. And I had the appatizer nachos. Really big serving but not impressed with the ratio of cheese(not fake cheese) and beans etc. to chips. The service.......well let's just say I'm glad I wasn't on a time schedule. I tryed to order the a slice of pie that were listed on the menu. They didn't have any of them so, I got a slice of pumpkin pie instead.(not on the menu)Sat at the window very close to the bar. Parking can be tricky. Pretty packed. The bathroom that you need a key to get into, smelled from outside the door..with the door closed. It's located by the front doors..so thats good. Otherwise it might smell up the whole restaurant. Over all I'd go again with a different friend. But not more than 1 more time. Other restaurant down the street are way better. Unfortunate I was really happy to see the doors open again and sad that it wasn't better. Look at my pictures to see what we had. Oh and for cards because you don't have cash you will be charged a $2.05 charge. 🤔
