“I have been a regular at this store for the past 2.5 years and have been consistently impressed as of late on how they have handled the operation of the store amid the current pandemic. The staff at this store is nearly always on top of every order and are quick to communicate with their customers if they are experiencing a delay to check on the status of the order. They make me feel special when i come in and they take care of their regular customers. I didn't tell them, but I had a job change and will no longer be working in the area. “I wanted to share an amazing experience from this location. There's this one time I already ordered my favorite Caramel Frappuccino. When I'm about to pay, I realized that my card fell off my pocket in the car so I told the cashier if it's ok to get it really quick. He said I didn't have to and he'll put it in his tab instead. I still got my card and tried to pay but he refused to take it and said it'll be his treat. I don't know how to thank him so I'm posting this for him. Hopefully he still works there. Thank you Nate!”
