    Great Crab Sandwich and Clam Chowder! Always been worth the visit! Plus wonderful scenery! Bring a jacket, it can be windy there.

    Super generous servings of meat on the crab sandwich! So so good especially with the sauce and a little red onion. The place is small and may sell out of certain menu items so don’t wait till late to go!

    This is our regular Mother’s Day go to but honestly we treck from the Bay Area to this place even if it’s just for the day because the hour and a half drive is worth it.

    Even our daughter will ask, hey can we go to spuds this weekend?

    When you can get a teenager out of bed early on a weekend you’re doing something right.

    The standard chowder was exceptional, and made the 25 minute wait well worth it. The staff was friendly, and the food is out to your table very quickly. Bathrooms are hard to find, I used a port-a-potty across the road. Seating is outdoors only, some of which is under a roof so dress for the weather, both for eating and for waiting in the line that stretches out of the restaurant and into the road. A lot of charm overall
