This place was WONDERFUL! Great food and a great view! Will definitely come back here when we are in Bodega Bay. Best meal I've had in a long time! I just savored it. You can watch seals and sea lions while you are eating.

Well the service is excellent, the prices are what you would expect , maybe a bit on the high side considering the actual food itself..the seasoning was a bit lacking..I ordered the ribeye steak and it was really lacking flavor. My husband ordered the rock fish and barely ate any of it. My daughter had the kids meal pasta which she enjoyed and my son had the grilled cheese sandwich which was what you would expect. Overall our bill was a little over $100 for the 4 of us and I also had the calamari..it was average quality, nothing that left me desiring more...I would have liked to give more stars based on the excellent customer service we had but the food just wasn't that good..

Beautiful location, nice seats by the window. Salad just ok. Fish and chips over fried and not good at all. Service was good.

Although we chose to eat an early dinner, 4:00 pm, we were surprised at how many others felt the same. Nice day, and lots of great views along Route 1. Decided to eat in Bodega Bay, but where? Especially when most of the restaurants hold a high Trip Advisor rating. Noticed how many cars had stopped at Lucas, and decided to give it a try and were not disappointed. I had the Seafood Saute, prawns and scallops with a creamy sauce, served with fresh vegetables,sourdough bread, and yellow and wild rice. The scallops and prawns were both of very great size, but just delicious and tender. My husband had a seafood pasta which was loaded with all kinds of seafood. The House Cabernet was very good as was the side House Salad, which we ordered separately. The waiter was so courteous, with excellent timing, always knowing our every need.
