Presentation is best I can recall seeing. Unique food that is well thought out. Service leaves you wanting for nothing. A dining experience for sure.

Con's: Price is crazy expensive, but I guess it should be expected for left coast. I think $100 to pull a cork, on top a +400 a plate is too much! -1/2 star.
Food was more showcasing chef's skill and ingredients than it was mouth-gasim amazing. I enjoyed everything presented, for sure. The Duck and oysters were perfect, but they didn't serve anything I could not stop eating. -1/2 star.

Absolutely wonderful and beautiful food. Attentive staff. Definitely an experience. After 2 hours we did get a little tired and asked the staff to accelerate the courses and they were more than accommodating.

Currently one of my favorite restaurants in the country. Chef is almost always in the kitchen, even during lunch service. The cuisine is Japanese-influenced, but showcasing local produce grown at their own farm, as well as resources from the nearby coast. Service is always excellent, and the staff will bend over backwards to accommodate you. They recently received 3 stars from Michelin, so reservations will be harder to get now.

Exceeded all expectations. The ambiance sets up the entire meal, comfortable but elegant. The staff is knowledgeable and passionate. Every server had their own spin when describing dishes and their components. The food was nothing short of fantastic. No detail, flavor or presentation, was out of place. The sights, smells, and flavors were all one of kind. Personal touches are the icing on the cake. A night we will remember forever.
