Molti Amici is our new favorite spot in town. Every single bite we’ve had has been beyond delicious! Cocktails: delightful. Wine list: excellent. Food: 🔥. I’m still thinking about the gnocco fritto! Select dishes change based on what’s peak in season, like a corn or uni pasta, which makes them even more special to enjoy. I also love that the space feels bright and casual with music pumping and a high-energy community vibe. We always feel warmly welcomed and leave with full bellies and smiles on our faces. Thank you to the talented team behind the experience!

Very pleasant dining experience! The atmosphere was great, and delicious food. What really blew me away was the sauce work. Homemade pasta is always good, but all of our dishes sauces were so sophisticated and had amazing depth, just really made the meal.

Dined at Molti Amici this last weekend and it was such a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, the service was incredible, and the ambience/decor were so unique. The indoor and patio spaces have been completely transformed and the patio is so inviting and lively (I was told the indoor dining section would be open in a week or two). The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and gracious. What a fun way to spend your evening! A casual yet elevated dining experience that you will most certainly enjoy.

I have been eagerly awaiting the opening of Molti Amici! I tried to find a reservation on Resy for 2 people, but they are already completely booked through early August! I noticed on the website they do hold back tables for walk-ins, so my friend and I decided to press our luck. We prevailed! We arrived early on Saturday and were able to score a table with only a 15 minute wait. This proved fortuitous, as we were able to share a couple of delicious cocktails (capriccio - savory and delectable, and a Campari spritz - so refreshing on a warm evening) at the patio bar. I was a long time regular at the last restaurant and the patio itself as well as the interior have been completely renovated. The space is so fresh, light, and inviting!

As we were shown to the patio, the host guided us past two large glass windows, whereby we were able to view the chefs in action rolling and extruding pastas. Dinner and a show!

The patio was full of diners and very lively by the time we were seated (around 6 pm). The outdoor bar was completely redone with beautiful pastel checkerboard tiles and the decor made me feel like I was in the Mediterranean. Loved it!

For dinner, we tried the mackerel and tuna crudos, casoncelli (with corn and polenta), Raviolo, corn & ham pizza, the large format steak, and the tiramisu. The pastas were cooked beautifully (al dente and perfectly toothsome) and the wood-fired pizza was out of this world (gorgeous leopard spotting, puffy crust with a thin interior, beautifully balanced toppings). The large format steak dish was perfect to share and the tiramisu was the best iteration I’ve had. Our server recommended a lovely Nebbiolo from Arpepe to accompany dinner. It paired beautifully and we ended up buying a bottle.

    I cannot wait to return!!

Just had an awesome meal at Molti Amici in Healdsburg. This place is like stepping into a swanky but down-to-earth Italian coastal joint - it's all bright and breezy. It really lives up to its name and felt like we were among many friends.

Started off with some delicious Crudo. The Shima-aji was off the charts, thanks to a hot and spicy red pepper sauce. And don't even get me started on the local halibut paired with California chili oil? Yum.

The star of the show, though, was the Raviolo Al’ Uovo. We're talking egg and ricotta stuffed inside the biggest ravioli you've ever seen, all mixed up with summer truffle and sage brown butter. The Bucatini? Also a home run. Perfectly cooked with matriciana sauce and some crunch.

When it came to dessert, the tiramisu had us buzzing, with the Marsala and espresso shavings. Zabaglione was a cool mix of Stone fruit and amaretti. But the Panna Cotta topped with berries and a dash of Montenegro was the star.

Great wines selection, but if you're into cocktails, go for the "Amari & Friends". It's a crafty mix of vermouth bianco, braulio amaro, alchermes, and a little apricot and lime.

So, if you find yourself in Healdsburg, this is must visit - a gem. And trust me, you'll be doing your taste buds a massive favor. Food heaven, right here with an amazing friendly and knowledgeable staff. Can’t wait to play a game of bocce there next time.
