Ordered the BBQ Baked Potato with pulled pork with a side of ribs and jalapeños cheddar sausage. Everything was delicious. The only problem was they ran out of brisket, but I was able to get a sample of it. The brisket was delicious. I will definitely be back to get some brisket, ribs, and try a few more things.

BOMB! The brisket was my favorite with jalapeño cheddar sausage and ribs next. Brisket portion had nice mix of fat and lean meat. My grandpa was a smoke master in Austin TX, what he made and I was exposed to eating growing up makes it hard to find anything even close to as good. Almost all BBQ in northern CA I’ve tried doesn’t compare to great long smoked Texas BBQ. This place does a damn good job of Texas BBQ! And it came with pickles and white bread, the little things really matter. I could eat here daily. Also a ridic amount of food with the 2 plate.

I’ve been here multiple times and it always hits the spot. Last visit I had the 2 meats x 2 sides platter and it was phenomenal. Tri-tip and brisket were perfectly cooked/melt-in-your-mouth, seasoned just right. Sides were coleslaw and baked beans which were well executed. My only comment is that they should have metal cutlery since plastic ware just diminishes the quality of the experience. Also not great for the environment! Also I wish they had beer. Staff is great and very friendly!

I don't know where to begin because every part of our visit was outstanding: The brisket was perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful, spiced well, but not salty or fatty, just smoky and delicious! The pork ribs were so good, the texture was perfect, again so flavorful. The sides were better than is typical at most BBQ restaurants, you can taste the care that goes into balancing your entire plate. The baked beans were rich with flavor and not too sweet, a huge cornbread muffin (with jalapenos is best) rounded out the meal. We missed the slaw the day we came for lunch but we'll be back earlier another time to try it out. One of the owners, Martin told us they're going to add collards to the sides menu soon. The owners are friendly and the service was great! This is definitely our new favorite place to dine in Sebastopol / West County!

Cannot say enough great things about this place. Their hospitality and care was as gracious as their portions. Co-owner, Kris, greeted every guest at the door with a handshake and a smile, while co-owner Marvin walked by cheerfully offering samples.

The food was so ridiculously good and it took everything not to overstuff ourselves. The portions were very generous and the meat was perfectly prepared, flavorful, and tender.

Partner and I met in Austin, TX, and the craving for authentic BBQ never dies. We left so giddy, and will absolutely be back. Thanks for a great meal, y’all!
