KFC

KFC is okay. we stopped by the other night. My friend was hungry for it. We placed our orders and headed home. I so was looking forward to eating my coleslaw.... what there is NO coleslaw? What is KFC Chicken without coleslaw? oh well, at least the chicken was good.

The service is fast and courteous. You can keep the cookie that is now prepackaged. The fresh baked cookie at location was a lot better. I was disappointed.

I just got back from getting my dinner to go and I must say that I was very impressed on how well everyone worked together during a "rush" time PLUS handling complaints and problems in the drive through. The manager on site (wish I got her name) was hands on with the other employees taking over where help needed. I also worked in management at one time and if this was my crew I'd be extremely proud! Everyone kept their cool, even though they were swamped you couldn't sense it. The attitudes were awesome and under control. For the woman who complained about the wait time. You didnt need that free cake! But its obvious you've never held a job in management or even close to one. Great job !!! You guys rock! Keep it going ????

Places is clean and kept up nice. The employees are all really nice and very helpful. I didn't like the way the manger was looking and the guy taking my order. He had a mean look on his face and you could definitely sense that he was about to jump down this kids throat. The counter guy was definitely new and still learning his own pace.
