“What the Flip?! Just tried this food truck while at Last Call Brewery in Oakdale. We’re hooked. We tried the Street Fries and they were amazing; the right amount of everything and the Tri Tip was so tender. We then debated on whether to get another Street Fries or try a burger. We got a Western Cheeseburger..I think I’m going to have to stalk this food truck now. Lol! Best burger ever for me.”

“I just went to the Turlock tamale festival and was in the mood for something a bit lighter but still as comforting as tamales and stumbled across Eva’s taqueria. I got the pozole as you can tell in my pictures and this is definitely in my top 3 best pozole I’ve ever had. The flavor was delicious balanced and perfectly salted, the color was a rich red which was different from other pozole ice had but didn’t take away from the delicious taste. On top of that, the service was lightning fast and the lady at the register was super friendly. The location was super clean and easy to reach, and the tables were super clean too with plenty of trashcans around to dispose of waste. Definitely coming back to try their tacos, which looked delicious!”

Super yummi , and they are very big , I been to alot of places where they sell pupusas and this lil truck is one of the best so far ! The only thing I found different is the salsa it taste a bit like can salsa but it's okay overall, love love the pupusas !!!!! My family was very happy we all enjoyed it.”

They have Full menu that offers MANY different food cuisines, from American, to Mexican, Offering a QUESABIRRIA dish, That BY THE WAY I GOT AND WAS REALLY GOOD!! To also offering a taste of Japanese with the SUSHI BOMBS, THAT I ALSO GOT AND THEY ARE AMAZING!! To even offering middle eastern, as I also saw Kabobs on the menu, and MANYYY more fun dishes. The people were wonderful they were super friendly and welcoming. The Chef was so kind to bring us out their Sushi bombs that they thought they wouldn’t be able to make but he figured it out, ANDDD AGAIN they are amazing!! AND YOU NEED TO TRY THEM!. I had a little bit of a French Dip, that was perfect! Some Quesabirria andddd sushi bombs!! I never experienced three different cuisines at one place and I LOVED that I was able to do that, it was fun, different, and most importantly DELICIOUS!!!”

“We can wait to come for dinner! We only came for a dessert since we heard they had tres leches. All the desserts tasted so fresh! The tres leches was to fluffy, airy, and moist, the powdered cinnamon looked intimidating but it balanced out the leches so well and the coconut panna cotta was absolutely delicious all made by the owners wife!! I absolutely recommend this restaurant they’re plates look delicious but we had just gotten dinner but we’re definitely coming back”
