Headed back to VIsalia and will not miss stopping here. The family Rosa and Mama Gina (now closed) have the best food and hospitality on the planet. Welcoming hosts, "Ratatouille" style kitchen action, guests who are made to feel at home. It has to be in their souls for them to last as successfully as they have for this many years.

One of the few restaurants in Visalia that take reservations. Excellent food and service. Great atmosphere however, for those that have vision issues, just be prepared for a very dark intimate atmosphere. Overall, a great experience.

Excellent food and service. Only thing I disliked was the lighting. It was to dark and I had a hard time reading the menu. But other than that everything was great.

The food was very good, as it has been consistently for decades. We were quoted 30 minutes wait, and we were skeptical because it was very busy. After an hour we asked and they said we are next, but it took another 15 minutes before we were seated. The long wait took away from the experience, and I wish they had just been honest about it to properly set our expectations in the first place. The wine by the glass is overpriced. Service, once finally seated, is friendly and attentive.
